After seeing two debates, one Presidential and one Vice-Presidential, I have absolutely zero love for either major party candidate.
Obama is a Communist. McCain is a fascist.
Obama wants to make government provisions to solve all of the world's ills. McCain wants to continue and expand upon our current policy to create a war-mongering nation without regard for our people at home.
Great - we have an election between Stalin or Hitler. Neither one belongs in office.
After tonight's debate, I'm still writing in a vote for Ron Paul.
Ron, you would have had a great chance, particularly with what's happened in the past month, of getting elected. With all of the partisanship, the people really want you.

I'm voting Ron Paul too. We are small in number, but growing.
This may sound silly, but...how do you cast a write-in vote? I mean, when I go to vote, it's one of those pull the lever to close the curtain, press some levers to make your choices, pull the lever to open the curtain kind of booths. They don't give you a pen. No paper. I haven't completely made up my mind yet, but if I did decide to write in a vote, I don't honestly know how to.
Alright, I figured the internet must have the answer to my question. And it does! That applies to NY state, and I suppose to any state that uses the same kind of voting booths. But I think my point stands - I'd be willing to bet that most people have no idea how to cast a write-in vote. I'm still a little fuzzy on the details, and would need to read that a few times if I decided this was the year to write someone in.
I've always voted Libertarian and never had the need to write in a name, if I can't write in Dr. Paul's name, I'm voting for Bob Barr.
